I worked with James on the single biggest campaign I’ve been involved in to date and I’d recommend him in a flash.

I project managed a punishing schedule of 12 sets of 30 & 15 second TVCs, with a brand new set every fortnight, each with hours, sometimes days of footage to review and edit. It was a complex, sensitive job, where the details mattered.

Where filming timelines blew out James was able to rescue the schedule, putting in some long hours, often working to the wee small hours, yet the results were always outstanding. He’s well-organised and works calmly under pressure. And watching him at work is impressive.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with James now for a few years and I’ve always been impressed with the high quality of work he provides.

I first met James as a camera operator, someone who had a keen eye for shot selection and framing. But it’s his motion graphics and editing skills that set him apart. On a number of Visual Culture’s client projects, he has gone above and beyond expectations and delivered fantastic visual elements for our videos.

He is very easy to work with and always offers valuable advice and ideas throughout the production process.

— Simon Holt, Director of Visual Culture

James was efficient, flexible and understood our needs; we look forward to working with him again.

James Cole has produced a number of corporate video solutions for me over a six year period. He is excellent at identifying exactly what the client brief requires, developing innovative solutions and delivering a highly polished and professional product on time – every time. It is a pleasure to work with James, and I’ll continue to do so well into the future.

— Brad Roberts, Organisational Development Manager at Ridley Corporation

James really came to the party when we had a rush job on modifying some publicity stills, as well as doing some “faked photo” work on THE REEF. He had his gear with him, did the work while traveling and was really conscious of the deadlines.
